- Learn alot of things fast, especially regarding the entire Process - Helpful colleagues who will help when needed - Keeps your mind working & stimulates your critical thinking

Cons

- Career propect wise, too many employees with senior positions around. Promotions not that frequent. - Will have to handle work hours 24/7 (including weekday nights/ weekends) if need be, given 24/7 nature of the job - In terms of monetary compensation, not one of the best out there - Can get worn out very easily by the job nature
