Pros
Seagate offers excellent pay and benefits for the OKC area. The holiday and vacation plans are generous, and you accrue vacation quickly. The technology and work environment are always up to date.
Cons
The company likes to run a little too lean, so there's always fear of downsizing. Wall Street may never change their view of us no matter how well we do. The far west metro location is a long commute from many areas.
