Decent company but complex internal process

Pros

Decent company that treats employees with respect and Vendor too. Some employees are not appreciative thought. Decent company with decent pay and basic leave entitlement and medical entitlement . Good work life balance for non management employee

Cons

Plenty of room and available tool to streamline and automate process. However some middle / junior management are not receptive yet, change is slow
