Pros
- Very flexible working hours environment, you could almost come to office at any time as long as you fulfill your responsibility. - Overtime work got support with food and taxi claim. - Very friendly working environment, no hierarchy in the management. - A lot of things to learn (if you want), from code development to Matlab, firmware ... - Good documentation in technical so that you can easy to learn by yourself if you are persistent enough.
Cons
- Sometimes too many failure and analysis process may prevent you from research and development and self development. - The pay is not just so so comparable to outside market. - Pay raise also very nominal, promotion while is quite slow.
