      Perpetual layoffs for the workers while bonuses for executive management

      Pros

      Nice building to work in. Nice health and fitness center and cafeteria. Co-workers are great.

      Cons

      In my opinion, focus is on cost cutting to make numbers. Continuous layoffs, outsourcing, downsizing so Wall Street can make a nickel and management gets their bonuses. Watch out if you have grey hair or you could be the next to go. Yeah I know they don't discriminate against older people, yeah, yeah, yeah. HR is completely aligned with management so don't expect anything from them.

      Poor leadership results in toxic work environment

      Pros

      The people I worked with were and are among the best. Long history made for strong teamwork and collaboration.

      Cons

      Executives have mistreated and abused employees for years in favor of personal advancement and placating share holders, resulting in a fearful and unmotivated work force. Dave Mosley instills little confidence or authenticity, his hiring of Ravi Naik with the intention to gut the IT organization has resulted in abysmal results.

      Once great company is speeding downhill

      Pay is good when you get a bonus, though not regular due to missed expectations.

      Cons

      RIFs every 6 months, lack of leaders, terrible managers, haphazard hiring, low performing teams everywhere, difficult to want to go to work each day
