State-of-art facility, numerous employee career progression opportunities, very supportive management, helping colleagues, generous bonus, fair salary increment, lots of technical & management related training courses, support financially for University Degrees by part time education, involved in a lot of charity work , blood donation camps, Employee Engagement activities. Regular cross site travel for certain tasks and also for meet & greet with cross site counterparts.

Cons

over time pay for employees on Shift work only. No overtime pay for day time (9-5) staff. Need to work minimum 4 hours of over time to incur half-a-day time off with manager's approval. No discount or subsidised rates on Seagate Products (example Hard Drives & SSDs).
