1. Challenging and interesting work, with a wide range of engineering disciplines working together to innovate and manufacture complex and densely packed technology at very low unit SP. 2. A strong "can do" teamwork culture. 3. Uses modern tech in support of all work functions.

Cons

Has to squeeze, due to overriding trend of data storage moving away from disc media. Transitioning business away from discs and even away from storage will be difficult to bring a large % of staff with them.
