Pros
Kept on a very long leash, a lot of room for self directed working, and a lot of opportunity to learn. Generally friendly relaxed working atmosphere.
Cons
Company is plagued with financial problems, chronic redundancies, and a very uncertain future. Management is short sighted and fluctuates between completely absent, and frantic micromanaging. Poor retension of experienced staff makes it very difficult to drive meaningful success in projects. Progress and pay is poor in comparison to similar companies over the border. If you arent from Derry you will probably find the area dull and very insular (Me and my wife are from only a 2 hour drive away but locals act like we're from mars)
