      Pros

      Good place to work if you came from Big 4 firms and you are single with no families. Many meetings and checklists to ensure you are doing your job properly and have no idle time. Constant communications and check-ins on your status everyday.

      Cons

      Declining sales and dying industry. Going into cloud business too late. Poor compensation and benefits. No Kaiser to choose for medical. High turnovers caused by low morale and bad culture. Workaholic mentality creates stressful and unpleasant work environment.
