      You get your own pay.

      Too much politics, racism, ganging up against one person from all sides, managers asking RCA for bug can't RCA about dysfunctional team . Favoratism at its peak, a lot of it comes to a point where you really feel like killing yourself rather than working or even existing . No hikes just slavery at it peak. Even senior management has nothing to say . No transperancy at all.
