      Positive working environment. Good opportunity to learn new technology. People here wants to share knowledge and experience. Acceptable compensation. Flexible work hours. Good communication among teams.

      Cons

      Too many layoffs. Salary frozen dependent on stock price. Very difficult to get promoted beyond senior engineer. High-level management cares much more on stock price than on employees.
