      Gym and cafeteria. Most of the people are nice.

      No appreciation by departmental managers for the amount of hours spent working

      Pros

      Good compensation, time off and sick days. Was at one time a great place to work.

      Cons

      Corporate wants to see the Oklahoma City location wiped off the site map. Does not care about the employees or how our customers are treated. Inconsistent Corporate Culture and terrible communication from the top. Demands loyalty and hard work from employees but treats employees as dispensable liabilities when hard times come. Was once a great place to be but has decayed into nothing.

      Stuck in the past; Needs new blood; Overly controlled atmosphere. Be careful about making suggestions to streamline things or ask how the company is structured.
