Good company to strengthen knowledge and strategically mind set building. Fair opportunities given to gain experiences. Empowerment and delegation apply across certain dept.

Cons

Political company which difficult to stay along if you are not get use to it. Certain management level likes to play favouritism games among the staffs which really disappointed.
