Pros

Can be stressful at times, but that's when you get to develop professionally. Good group of people to work with.

Cons

There's room for improvement in processes, but this also provides opportunities. Really depends on your perspective.

Big company atmosphere with all the drawbacks but employees are treated well.

Pros

Stable company in a good business. Employees are treated well but moral isn't great due to general big company atmosphere, IMHO.

Cons

Processes, code, etc are more complicated than they should be so much time is spent on trivial problems that don't add any value to the final product. Ownership of key technologies is closely held so innovation often doesn't pay.
