      Too relax , no much challenging working environment.

      Too relax , time flexible like laid out at own home.

      Cons

      No mentorship, selfish sharing knowledge. Downsizing exercise very frequent almost once a year. No good for fresh graduate no much space to show your talent, management won't listen your problem sometimes. No much employee benefit.
