      Pros

      The organization is good and colleagues and managers are very nice. There are a lot of materials and opportunities to learn.

      Cons

      Salary and welfare is just so so. The new employee may take some time to get used to the environment, because something can't be self-learned anywhere, can only ask for colleague to teach me, which may not be convenient. The research here is very limited, most focused on development only.
