      Good pay and benefits, interesting industry, high tech products, multi-national company with good cash reserves and financial position as largest in the segment.

      Cons

      Difficult to get things done across various divisions and large company bureaucracy and many management levels, with different ways of doing things.

      Good focus on new technology. Work environment was challenging but not negative. Personnel were talented and committed to a good job.

      Cons

      Very cyclical industry--business has high peaks, low valleys and business can overreact. Competition between sites (to be expected) leads to some politics and frustration.
