      Pros

      As a HDD technical department . Seagate China SE is a good team, having very tighten co-work with Design engineering, oversee training, working are good opportunity to grow personal career .

      Cons

      Seagate China is a big site including both Suzhou and Wuxi. It is complicated working environment , lots of product related engineering, too much detailed division. responsibility , accountability and visibility are bigger challengers than other companies.
