Many opportunity, because limited people to work for all kind of jobs, so you always had a chance to work on something differences, It is good for your career path because some other company job scope might pretty limited for you to grow.

Cons

After you do all the works, they are expected you to handle everything, since you already so good on that, with no motivate factor.

- work life balance , flexi working hours

Cons

- must accept to work after working hour to meeting with US and UK colleagues - headcount too low to support all applications after 3 times VSS

Pros

- management people from US & UK were good they handled team nicely as compared to Indian managers - some of the staring development was from scratch - flexibility in time - good culture

Cons

- no stable management -they keep doing lots of changes in teams - they reshuffle the teams all the time - layed off most employees of software division in the name of cost cutting
