Pros
The team leads are helpful and co-workers are great. They have everything at your finger tips to help you do your job.
Cons
The upper management is more of a clique and its about who likes you than how you do your job than if you will be hired on. They are unprofessional in that aspect. Give you no information, put things off and lie about everything. They say they want you to do your job by helping the customer but that's a lie. They want numbers not how well you help the customer. ITS A CALL CENTER!
