      Pros

      Amazing product that sells itself. You get to work with boat manufacturers everyday. The trips are usually to fun events.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership throughout the company. Never open to suggestions or anything. They consider it challenging authority. If you work there, it’s dog eat dog mentality. Make sure you cover yourself with email trails or anything necessary.
