Pros

This company is very fast paced with constant change - this company runs like a start-up but is well into its years of constant growth. If you are not one that enjoys continuous change for improvements or has difficulty with adapting to various tasks - this isn't the place for you. You have to have a high and forward thinking focus - ask the questions - know WHY you are doing the role and what the bigger picture of your role is. Unique culture with all departments working together to lend a hand, but also high expectations on completing and delivering the work. Teamwork and respect is high on the priority list for the company and it shows. Growth is available in the company, but you have to work for it and earn it. I started as an assistant role and have grown rapidly in the company.

Cons

The fast pace and lean working environment can be difficult to manage if you aren't used to it.

Pros

- Air conditioning - Pretty simple work - Friendly coworkers

Cons

- There’s zero communication from upper management to supervisors and when there is you can’t even trust that it’s the truth. - Management gives special treatment to their favorite employees, whether they’re good workers or not doesn’t matter. - They hire you for four ten hour day work weeks, but make you work five eight hours days instead. - There is zero opportunity to move up in the company, despite supervisors and management saying there is. - Insurance is an absolute joke.
