Amazing company energy Management is supportive and helpful Fast promotional tracks, upwards and laterally 100% work from home Flexible schedule Uncapped commission & other great benefits

Cons

High expectations, but they do give you the tools you need to meet them. Got some growing pains as the company finds the best methods for the team & company, but that comes with a startup.

Pros

-Amazing company and team culture, first place I have worked that the teams do not feel siloed but rather work together to accomplish growth goals -Collaborative work environment and we listen to each ideas to ensure that we are set up for success

Cons

-Customer Success is a newer team so we do learn as we go. This does mean we have to be able to pivot with new ideas. With the team we have though we have become much more dynamic and has lead to more collaboration.
