      Pros

      very cut-throat sales environment with a huge emphasis on working extra and they bribe you to start extra early and stay extra late. Great pay if you compare it to McDonalds!!! Just save yourself the energy. They also cover your laptop unless you leave within the 2 year mark. So many people have quit and its a constant revolving door with mgmt changes as well.

      Cons

      Promise everyone a promotion, and put a carrot in-front of your nose thinking you can get it and then yank it back from under you. Once you finally get a promotion, they give you a BS title and no pay increase. They force you to pump numbers with no care for work-life balance. RUN!!!!

      Independence No accountability outside of clocking in and quota SDR team will fill your calendar with meetings Good commission structure Best product in the industry

      Leadership will forget about you if you don't talk to them Daily meetings with 40+ people Leadership talks alot about how much they want you to succeed but do little to help you get there Zero feedback on performance Low base salary Culture values buying the next Lambo CEO's book says "everyone is replaceable" and they treat you that way
