- great training process - great virtual work environment - so many opportunities for advancement and growth - not only opportunities, but there's people getting promoted every week! - strong management. the best i've ever been around in my young career. -top notch work life balance. they don't allow you to be on your work pc or work chat outside of work hours - recognition of team members is amazing

Cons

- intense cold calling (not for the weak minded) - if you are afraid of zoom and team calls, then don't work here or get used to it - no company phone. it would be nice :(

Compensation and promotion is directly tied to performance, offering the opportunity to significantly increase earnings based on individual contributions and achievements. Remote environment with a great culture. Our culture committee works to ensure the remote environment is still one of collaboration and connecting. Seamless is very much a Saas company built by sales minded people for sales minded people.

Cons

No real cons I can think of.. ensure you stay connected through zoom rooms and strategy sessions if you are not used to being 100% remote.
