      Pros

      Everyone is a hustler who is focused on making the company successful. The future is bright if you have a hard work ethic.

      Cons

      It was decentralized while I was there. I don't know if that has been fixed since I left. It seemed like that was a focus for them to sure up.

      Pros

      I've been with Seamless for over a year and genuinely have not loved working anywhere else as much as I enjoy Seamless.AI. I've worked at a few different Saas companies and I believe Seamless truly has the best culture that I've been a part of so far. Leadership is excellent and I wake up happy to work each and every day. Tons of opportunity for growth when you put the work in and I still have a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      There are growing pains with a startup but I appreciate them as they allow us to change and learn as we grow. No real negatives!

      Pros

      Culture is incredible. Everyone works together and does their best to help you succeed. Opportunity for career advancement is way above average. I started as an SDR and skipped a few positions and was promoted to Account Executive after my second month.

      Cons

      Not being cliche but truly have nothing bad to say. I love it here.
