      If you want a place to grow, look no further. Lots of the sales leadership team started as SDR’s so they understand the position and what it takes. If you’re coachable and hungry you’ll be promoted.

      I’ve worked for several companies and I’ve never experienced a culture like this! Everyone on my team is committed to their work and hungry. Morning sales meetings from leaders to get you pumped up daily. Now is a very exciting time to be at this company.

      Lots of cold calls but that’s the job

      Pros

      I joined seamless right after graduating from college and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I feel like I’m learning something new everyday and my teammates are constantly there to help me with any questions or calls. If you’re looking for a company to learn from and grow with I’d recommend applying.

      Cons

      If you aren’t ready to spend the majority of your day on the phone it’s not for you.
