      Cons

      Management inability to effectively onboard / train; expectation (if experienced in sales) to come in and produce immediately If you're not proven as noted above you are literally outside looking in Poor communication = being blindsided

      Pros

      The what ever it takes attitude is the reason for this companies success. You have the chance to surround yourself with the top individuals in the world at their job. The culture here is amazing, I have never worked somewhere that wants you to become rich until I joined this team. The ability to learn from people Like Brandon would make me choose this company over and over again.
