Pros

If you want a crash course on cold calling join, but thats about it.

Cons

Toxic work enviornment, the way they hire is churn and burn and I was one of the ones who was with the company for more than a year. Most reps do not make it past 3 months if they are not hitting numbers right away. The way Seamless.ai typically operates, is they hire lets say 20 SDR's keep 3-4 that are doing well and let the rest go. On top of that you are expected to do hundreds, yes hundreds of cold calls per day to hit an insane quota of 40 meetings per month. You use an autodialer, which dials 3 numbers at a time, so typically you are expected to have an activity of 600+ dials per day. Again I started as an SDR, was one of the successful ones and became an SDR Manager, which gave me plenty of time to witness the toxic work culture that was implemented among the SDR/AE org.

Pros

Wfh, autonomy depending on department. COO is great. I think a lot of the good depends on the department you work for. I can honestly say my manager is extremely caring, meets with me weekly and reviews my career trajectory and projection, gives me consistent goals, and I am aware of what I need to do to improve and hit milestones. She is also available to me daily if I need anything. I think a majority of these reviews are from the sales teams which do seem to have some issues but I have never experienced those myself.

Cons

Benefits are better than they used to be, and you can see that middle management is trying to make a difference, but things seem to die at the executive level, leaving benefits still substandard to others in our space.
