>Great if you have no idea what you are doing in this type of job and dont mind constantly being cideo monitored with no breaks. >Super easy product to sell >Potential for growth in just a few months!

Cons

>Lied about salary, its hourly and you will make base 45k >constantly video monitored, everyone has sound on and its hyper distracting. They want to emulate an office environment, but offices dont have 20 people talking directly into your ear. > They force you to log out for a 30 minute lunch, and then push you to work 30 mins prior to or at the end of your ahift to make up for time that they take from you so that you can make the wage they discussed > Company is mostly men, and white women.

Decent opportunity, but would suggest working elsewhere

Pros

Employees (SDR team) are nice enough, might depend on which sales manager you get though. Good experience if you have none in the Saas industry, but I wouldn't recommend staying longer than a few months.

Cons

This is a telemarketing position. Nothing against those, just don't let the job description or recruiters fool you. This company requires 500-600 dials a day, which after leaving I realized is way above the industry standard. As far as I can tell, they do not do any pip if you are underperforming. If you do underperform, you will be let go. Most of upper management, including the CEO, is just cringe.
