Cons

bad leads, no training, teased benefits such as summer Fridays. Management keeps all inbound leads for themselves. Waiting to get a new job before i leave

Pros

Good job to get your feet wet. Co-workers are what keep you going.

Cons

- Upper management has their own agenda that doesn’t help the employees. They also set unrealistic standards that less than 5% of employees hit every month. - Employees get compared to other employees that are given more tools to use then you are. - company took away sequences and LinkedIn. Only thing you do is use a dialer system (you feel as if your at a call center) you need to make over 300 calls a day minimum for them to be happy.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Successfully being able to hit sales targets month over month is a key part of the SDR role, and we don't discredit the work that goes into that! However, our quota is intentional and we provide all of the resources we can to set our reps up for success. Life at Seamless.AI is fast-paced since we are rapidly growing. It’s all about the money not the people now

Pros

With a lot of the teams there is a ton of great energy. Unfortunately there are some teams and managers that really do not care about the growth of other though.

Cons

My team is not really growing right now with the loss of our outstanding manager. We became divided and quiet rather than inspired and outgoing as we were previously. We have a new manager that doesn’t speak a ton and a team lead that barely says 5 words an entire day.
