      Pros

      It’s remote. That’s the only pro.

      Cons

      - Pay for your own laptop and they will take money from paycheck if you leave for any reason before 2 years. - Watch your actions all day to ensure you are staring at your screen all day. They are more concerned about that than the work being completed. - Meticulous daily performance metrics that will eventually be used against you in performance reviews. - Mental health will go down the drain with the unrealistic expectations and then will be used against you with aforementioned performance metrics. - Archaic practices used to develop platform. - Apathetic management will immediately PIP you at first sight of issues. - The CEO is a Grant Cardone fan who will REGULARLY send messages to the entire company with “inspirational” Grant Cardone videos. But wait there’s more…you also get free access to the entire Cardone “University” as well! - CEO jumps from one tech buzzword to the next based on what’s trending that week. All while having no understanding of what they mean. That typically wouldn’t be a problem, however it’s then expected to be a new feature promptly. - They will blame you for missed deadlines caused by employees who are no longer at the company and expect you to make up for the missing manpower and meet the deadlines.

      Amazing Culture & Full Force Hustle!

      Pros

      Our culture is infectious - Everyone is so supportive and collaborative, literally the best group of people that could ever exist at a company at the same time! Work life balance is great, taking time off is encouraged. Mental health is always a strong topic that remains a focus and employees are really valued/appreciated.

      Cons

      If you are a self starter, not afraid to get your hands dirty and do the work, and have a motivated and positive mindset... you will do GREAT!! No matter what department you are in/applying for, everyone here is on a mission to hustle and make an impact! You will honestly struggle if you do not have these basic key qualities.

      Great growth path, open/transparent culture, challenging work, and great co-workers

      Pros

      - Opportunities to learn more and grow-- this is not always/only available through promotion/dept change but if you are eager to work on projects and do new things, the opportunities are there. You just have to put yourself out there and ask. - Leadership works to be as upfront as possible to create a open and transparent culture. - You will be challenged. This isn't a just a "get by" type company so if you like to play a victim, place blame on a company for not showing up, place blame for not escalating/asking for help, place blame for a job not being the right fit for you or just not work then this won't be a good fit for you.

      Cons

      I can't really think of anything to say. It is a growing company so there are challenges but they are worked through, leadership listens to the challenges and works to find a solution. I would say the hardest challenge as we have grown is for people to understand just how much the leadership team cares. I hope we can continue to portray the right message to those they don't reach as much.
