Have a script and easy tools to use

Cons

Only train for four weeks maximum and if you don’t make it, you will be terminated. It is a sweat shop, thousands of calls a week. If you are slightly behind on quota, they will terminate you and if you hit quota, they will make it harder to achieve. Care about profit over employees they are always trying to hire individual individuals on, but won’t take care of them and fire for under performance. Very micromanaging

1000+ calls a day Cold calling experience Objection handling Dealing with consistent rejection

Cons

Have to be in a google meet with entire team of 10+ off mute pitching/cold calling all dat. Theres no strategic approach to out-bounding. They give you random out dated lists of people to call all day every day. It’s a remote tele-marketing call center.

Good career growth path if you can survive

Cons

Mismanagement and bad changes over the last year are crippling the sales org and team. AE and SDR relationships are terrible and are rarely on the same page.
