Leadership is involved and wants to hear from you, your opinions and your ideas. They want you to speak up, have a voice, they empower you and appreciate you.

Cons

A downside? I haven't found one yet. I know not everyone will like every environment they work in. Do what makes you happy! Working at Seamless.AI makes me happy!

Incredible ability to create your own opportunity at Seamless. Strong collaborative team environment where your ideas are heard, your efforts and successes are noticed. Fast paced culture of growth truly allows you to advance on merit while being supported with every tool possible to be successful. Seamless is a great company, and a great opportunity.

Cons

I'm not sure it's a con but if you are someone who is flexible, able to fill new roles quickly, demand excellence every day from yourself wvery day than Seamless is not for you. It's a gast moving company and demands fast moving people
