Pros

600+ calls a day will look good on your resume

Cons

Have to be on zoom at all hours and notify the group when getting up to do anything (including bathroom breaks), insane quota with no advice/training on how to get their other than “stick to the pitch” or “just work harder”, no job security

Pros

Remote work environment, ok base pay

Cons

The red flags started on my first day. When I was recruited I was explicitly told I would be hired on a base salary. First day rolls around and suddenly it’s hourly. The first week of training you are already expected to be on the phones, making anywhere from 400-600 dials a day. You essentially have 3 weeks to make your training quota of 10 meetings held. They don’t tell you what happens if you don’t meet quota. The first month of training is not training at all, rather a proving ground. You fail to meet the quota, you are fired. No questions asked. No other company operates like this, this is not normal. Do not work here unless you want constant stress. Oh and you gotta be on zoom unmuted all day for 8 hours straight. Oh and your quotas get bumped up each time you meet them, making them harder to attain.
