Pros

Good money and fun environment if you can handle the stress of constantly cold calling. You hit your KPI's every month you will have no trouble.

Cons

Constant changes in the startup environment. It can become pretty annoying and stressful. Be ready for changes to process, commission, etc.

Pros

Meetings booked on your calendar and leaders always willing to help. Commissions are decent.

Cons

Low base pay for the amount of work and industry standard. Benefits are ok, not great.

Pros

Culture is really inclusive, good vision of company goals, and heading in right direction.

Cons

The pay is not good. Definitely holds back on promoting internally and paying employees the market average for their position.
