Burn And Churn Company

Pros

Able to work from home remote. Able to use a wide array of tech stacks.

Cons

Probation period of 1 month after training. Training is only a week long and then they throw you into the deep end with Cold calls. Can not use PTO until 90 days after you get hired. Make you buy a Chromebook which they say they will reimburse you for but only if you stay with the company for 24 months. Management is horrible! Don't listen to your concerns or care at all about their employees! Make you dial 600 calls a day and tell you to stick to THEIR script with no coaching. Burn and Churn company with a very high unattainable Quota of meetings a month. Was told one thing at training and then another after. Was told quota was 15 and then unexpectedly told that it was moved to 25 overnight!! No explanation what so ever. Just changed like that. Management is chosen by favoritism, no need for talent to be a manager. Tell you that they care about mental health but they don't. Would not recommend working here!!!

Remote and high school atmosphere

Cons

You will be lied to by management. You will be fired at the drop of a hat. You will have no prior knowledge that you may be fired. Quota is very tough to reach, and if you miss once, you're fired.

Pros

Get around 23-25 an hour depending on experience with decent commission.

Cons

Horrible work environment despite being a work from home company. Keeps you on zoom all day and expects you to make over 500 calls a day while talking off mute. This is a churn and burn company where a select few last longer than a couple months before getting fired or choosing to leave the company for their insane expectations. Also the technology is garbage.
