Working at SearchBlox has been educational. I can assuredly say that my time here has made me a better developer. The work is stress-free. One is not constantly disrupted by unnecessary meetings or monitoring. One is trusted to finish the work that they've been assigned and the team is always available for assistance.

Cons

The team is from all over and most of us do have good personal computers and internet connectivity, but those who do not will have to make necessary arrangements and that may not always be easy.

The flexibility in the workplace. Work from anywhere, great insurance, Management that cares. Despite starting remote, their culture shines through in a virtual environment. They doubled down on my strengths and ignored my weakness.

Cons

Attrition at the moment because of the rising demand across all industry sectors.
