Pros

Good progress in AI, employees get to work on different and modern tech stacks

Cons

No salary hike for 3 year, sudden requirements, high work pressure. Most of their requirements are for next hour or 30 minutes. It is not like other companies where you get daily or weekly tasks. All the tasks are high priority, u need to deliver in next 30 mnts.

I’m not sure if there are any pros to working here anymore.

Cons

No resources for technicians anymore Very restrictive and absolutely zero trust in technicians Horrible benefits options Aged fleet of vehicles that constantly break down Zero work/life balance People quitting faster than more can be hired because of horrible Home Services leadership. This is a driving job, not a repair job. They claim to care about customer service but add every restriction to your day to make good customer service impossible.

Pros

I cannot see any pros when a company presents a position for a certain amount of pay then changes the terms once the candidate qualifies.

Cons

They made me go through the whole process to apply and qualify, then once completed they revealed they don't actually have full-time work for me, even though they advertised full-time work.
