Very dynamic environment. If one can give 12 hours per day for work, then you can grow and learn.

Dynamic environment, some good technological challenges, work life balance, you will learn a lot in short span of time, very friendly people.

Cons

Old on some technology adoption, developers mostly get into shoes of dev ops without access. Need more people who do work rather than who check status of work.
