Pros

There are a lot of opportunities to move between teams. Even if you don't move teams you can work with the different teams and learn skills to build your resume. Great opportunities to move around in the company, if you know who to talk to.

Cons

Silo'ed environment. Teams do not normally play well with others. If you know who to work with, you can go far. Management needs to be completely overhauled. The company is holding on to too much legacy processes and needs to move forward to stay viable

Pros

Lots of different technology stacks mixed among all projects within the online business unit. Lots of smart people who can help your skills grow.

Cons

Everything is siloed. Meaning each team has control of their little world, and dont let anyone else in. A lot of upper management are only there to make a bullet point on their resume and dont really care about the success of the company.

Pros

Depending on the business unit you work in, the use of more recent technology stacks is promising, providing opportunities to learn and advance.

Cons

Work-life balance is tough, frequent periods of work days extending into nights and weekends. Health care benefits are poor, better off going to the marketplace. Promotions and pay hikes are far and few.
