Pros
Enjoyable place to work. Due to poor planning, always a lot of overtime to go around. Enjoyable atmosphere and not a strenuous job.
Cons
Many of the employees are not exactly the best of people. Management can be pretty dysfunctional... a lot of poor planning. Problems aren't usually addressed or solved.
