      I've met great people and enjoy working with them. So, if you're looking for a friendly place, Seattle Colleges is the place to go.

      The pay is not great, which is the problem with Higher Education industry not just Seattle Colleges.

      Great place for people who want to build their network. The folks at the colleges come from all walks of life and can be great connections.

      Cons

      Drama can happen if you surround yourself with it. People tend to lead with unhealthy emotion rather than dialogue. Keep yourself focused and skip the drama and you'll be fine.
