Organizational chaos

Pros

Students are amazing, and the values the institution espouses align with mine---equity, anti racism, diversity

Cons

In actuality, the organization is in the midst of severe organizational chaos. Many higher level administrators have left, and the institutional knowledge walking out the door is staggering. The admin left are forced to cobble together some sort of order, which in itself becomes spiritually draining. Then more top admin leave. It's an ever revolving door at the top, and the Board is nowhere to be found.
