Pros

There’s many college resources available, such as having a pass to the college gym facilities, music rooms, libraries and computer labs as an employee. The health insurance and benefits options were new to me and worked well with my dynamic needs.

Cons

Depending on which Department you work at determines your work-life balance. There was an obviously high turnover rate and often lack of values-driven work. Staff get asked to resign often. It’s difficult to find answers to questions from offices to get your job done in a timely manner. The unions often meet with Human Resources present and recorded video.
