Pros

Free lunches provided when you work in office. Work from home / hybrid options.

Cons

Glorified call center. You will spend most of your day taking inbound calls from the FNOL team for other adjusters and won’t be able to work your own claim files because your extension doesn’t show up on caller id so everyone calls the fnol team instead since their number shows up. Extreme micromanagement. Outdated old claims system. Every payment must be sent out by mail, no electronic payment options. Very poor management. Management doesn’t do anything to address employee concerns. Very unethical practices and methods which lead to complaints from insureds and claimants. Not enough desk space for all employees. Building is in a very shady area of Phoenix off of the I-17 and is surrounded by homeless encampments.

Timeshare desk concept? Strong nepotism. Centralized planning and control directorate. Old school trial and error diary systems-served weekly. Jump to conclusions mat. Manual printing and composing letters. Strategic manipulation and gaslighting. Lazy, clueless, talentless managers and gross lack of discipline. A regulatory nightmare. Lack of genuine support.

Extremely micromanaged

Business Outlook

Pros

Free daily lunches, WFH options.

Cons

This fast growing company is plagued by extreme micromanagement. This has caused high turnover and low morale throughout the office. They also set very high expectations, but offer very few resources.
