Pros
– an excellent learning experience. – free bourbon in the kitchen (seriously) – pay is pretty decent – small, family business work setting. Culture is really nice. – funny coworkers (even the boss)
Cons
– no work life balance. Like working from 10am to 3am? This job is for you. – the boss has a huge ego and it'll REALLY get on your nerves. – micromanagement – the back office is REALLY COLD in the winter.
