      Pros

      Lunch sometimes when they did mandatory OT. Most hourly employees.

      Cons

      HR Team is extremely unethical and has too much control. Some have no business being in their roles because they do not have an HR background. CEO is extremely narcissistic Massive Layoffs due to lack of work, but was able to take their Directors (of their choosing) on a week long all inclusive vacation to Mexico. Leadership/Culture is extremely toxic They fire based on personal preferences They befriend those they think will make good snitches If you have a complaint or concern you might as well keep it to yourself because HR will grill you and make you feel like you’re the problem.

      can listen to music in the production center they buy lunch sometime

      Hr. department The CEO never take no as a option even when it his ONLY OPTION he also get visibly frustrated when no one applauds his "achievement" Hr department love to cater to his high demands by offering employees over night shifts even thought their regular schedule is 6am -3pm just to accomplish a goal that they( procurement team) OVER SHOT
