Pros

Second Life Mac is a great company to work for. They have a strong customer base and are quickly taking over their respective industry. Upper management is understanding and open to collaboration. Team members are very good at what they do and everyone enjoys being there. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking to advance their career and grow alongside some great people.

One of the previous reviewers summed it up perfectly: "No benefits, no growth opportunities, long hours, no work-life balance, Unsafe working conditions, lack of training, faulty equipment, toxic work culture, bullying, harassment, discrimination, poor communication, lack of transparency, and frequent changes in policies." This was my exact experience and seems to be the rule as opposed to the exception at SLM. By far the most unprofessional and toxic work environemt I've experienced.
