      You may eventually realize that you deserve better.

      Cons

      One of the previous reviewers summed it up perfectly: "No benefits, no growth opportunities, long hours, no work-life balance, Unsafe working conditions, lack of training, faulty equipment, toxic work culture, bullying, harassment, discrimination, poor communication, lack of transparency, and frequent changes in policies." This was my exact experience and seems to be the rule as opposed to the exception at SLM. By far the most unprofessional and toxic work environemt I've experienced.

      Money was good and job was easy if repetitive. Benefits began day one I believe which is a big pro.

      Cons

      Management wasn’t honest about role at company and blindsided lots of people with layoffs.
